Dynamic Weight Training

  • Goal of class is to improve overall relative body strength and muscle recruitment
  • Designed to increase lean muscle mass and decrease body fat
  • Will improve efficiency of everyday movement as well as participation in sports/activities while reducing the risk of injury
  • Each session is total body in nature and focuses on multi-joint movements
  • Class will include exercises and drills that are corrective, meaning we seek to improve neuromuscular control and function
